1.1 The cost of shipping is dependent upon where you live. The prices are displayed in the table below.

UK - Standard delivery within the UK is £1.99 regardless of how many items you order.
Express delivery is £6.99. Orders placed before 1300GMT will arrive next working day. Orders placed after this time will arrive within two working days. All express deliveries are sent via FedEx courier or, Royal Mail special delivery. There is only one £6.99 postage charge regardless of the number of items ordered. Availability; Monday-Thursday, UK mainland only.
Overseas - Items are sent by Airmail. They will take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Your postage charge is calculated for every 1000g, charges will increase if you go above this weight.
1.2 We aim to ship all standard delivery items within 72 hours of payment although this may change if we experience increased demand. Please contact us if delivery of your item is urgent and we may be able to dispatch it within 24 hours of payment.
1.3 We aim to ship all express delivery items the same day that payment is received. However, sometimes this may not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. item not available). If we are unable to ship your item using our express services we will contact you on the same day you place your order.
1.4 Unless express delivery is selected, orders totalling under 1.25kg in weight, within the UK, will be sent using Royal Mail second class post. The majority of Royal Mail deliveries arrive within 2 working days of dispatch but please allow 15 working days for your order to reach you. Royal Mail do not consider an item as missing before 15 days has elapsed so Pet Supplies Devon can not pursue a claim for missing mail during this period. For 'express delivery' orders please see 1.5. For orders totalling over 1.25kg please see 1.6.

2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items that have been damaged through the negligence of the customer are excluded from this policy. Please contact us before returning items as unauthorised returns are not permitted.
2.2 Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned goods have been received by Pet Supplies Devon.
